How to cancel requests
for materials
You may cancel requests
you have made for library materials before items are available for you
or after they are being held.

Click
the My Account tab |
| ·
Enter the barcode from your library card |
| ·
Click
Access Your Library Account below |

Shortcut: Begin entering the numbers that follow the zeroes in
the middle of the barcode |
| ·
Click
Hold Requests on the Overview page |
| ·
Check the
box next to each filled or pending request you wish to cancel |
| ·
Click
the Cancel Request button above the bar |
Staff is alerted when
an activated request is canceled. The item is passed to the next person
in the hold queue or returned to circulation.
