How to suspend requests
You may suspend requests
you have made for library materials until a specified future date.
Requests may only be suspended before items are available for you.
When requests are
suspended, your name continues to rise in the queue but the hold will
not be activated for you until after the date you specify. If you are
unable to use materials during a particular period, suspension assures
you do not lose your place in a lengthy queue.
