The Williamsburg Regional Library is committed to providing excellent facilities and emphasizes courtesy and respect. Consequently, the library does not permit:

  1. Behavior, programs, or events that may or does disrupt library use or operations;
  2. Willful damage to or unauthorized use or removal of library property;
  3. The use of any tobacco product or the use of e-cigarettes inside library facilities (users must comply with localities’ regulations about smoking outdoors);
  4. Extreme body odor or other strong smells;
  5. Animals other than service animals;
  6. Inappropriate attire (shirts and shoes are required).

Any person failing to abide by this policy may, in the discretion of the library director or designee, be removed from the library. Depending on the seriousness of the violation or in the case of repeated offense, library privileges may be revoked.
