Lit Kits

Many teachers and Day Care providers plan lessons around tried and true themes throughout the year. Holidays, seasons and lesson plans can dictate which books are chosen to entertain and educate children. The Youth Services Department of the
Williamsburg Regional Library has compiled books, puppets, videos and songbooks which focus on these popular themes.  Called "LitKits", these storytimes in a bag may make planning easier for you!

More Information

• Lit kits are designed for preschool through kindergarten (red bag) and kindergarten through third grade (blue bag).

• You can check out 3 Lit Kits per library card.

• Lit Kits can be checked out for 4 weeks.  You can renew Lit Kits twice if no one has put a hold on it.

• You must be over 18 to check out a Lit Kit.
