James Franklin (Frank) Tillman joined the Foundation board in July 2003. Frank Tillman was born and raise in North Carolina. He married Doris (current president of the League of Woman Voters) in 1972. He is retired from the telecommunications industry. The Tillman's have one son, Benjamin, a senior at Susquehanna University. They moved to Williamsburg in 2000. Mr. Tillman volunteers with AARP Tax Aid, the Regional Jail as a GED tutor, Jamestown National Park Service Info Desk. He is a member of the Lions Club and the Williamsburg Citizen Telecommunications Advisory Committee.
