Rice T. Trolan joined the Foundation board in July 2003. He was born in Washington DC. Mr. Trolan earned his BA from Ohio University and his MS from the University of Southern California. He served in the U S Army as a member of US Army General Staff (chemical biological) and as the US representative to NATO, Technical Advisor to Secretary of Energy Director Safety. Mr. Trolan is a member of Williamsburg Kiwanis Club and of This Century Gallery Board of Directors. He is also a Colonial Williamsburg volunteer.
