Dr. Moorman is in charge of
day to day operations of the library,
developing policies, budgetary issues and
long range planning. He works closely with
staff and the Library Board of Trustees to
ensure the library serves the community well. Dr. Moorman is also staff liaison to the
Friends of the WRL.

services.

General Services Coordinator

Responsible for accounts
payable and purchasing for the library. She
also requests bids and negotiates with most
vendors.

Administrative
Services Coordinators
The Administrative Services
Coordinators provide support and assistance to
library administration and the entire staff.
Responsibilities include helping with special
projects, reviewing web pages and performing a
variety of administrative assignments.

Library Development Officer/Volunteer Coordinator
Benjamin J. Goldberg

Dr. Goldberg is responsible
for fund raising efforts at the library. He
assists in identifying grant opportunities,
writing grants, attracting and acknowledging
donations and tracking contributions. He also
works closely with the Williamsburg Regional Library
Foundation board.
Dr. Goldberg also acts as the
Volunteer Coordinator. He circulates
volunteer applications among volunteer
supervisors and tracks volunteer hours. For
