Donating Library Materials
(back to how to help)
Donating Used Books, CDs, etc. to the Libraries
The library may be able to add your used books and other items to our collection. Items we don't use may be sold by the Friends of Williamsburg Regional Library at their semi-annual book sales. If you have a small number of books or current magazines in good condition, please leave these at the Check-In Desk at either library. If you have several boxes of books to donate, please call 259-4042, Monday through Friday from 8-3 to make delivery arrangements. (All gifts are tax-deductible.)
Donations/Memorials
To honor or remember someone with a gift to the library, please contact Director of Development Benjamin Goldberg or inquire at a public service desk. Book plates may be used to identify honorees and loved ones. Pledges can be accepted on-line or read more about making an online donation in support of the library today.
Local Authors Project
The Local Authors Project is an opportunity for residents to showcase their work and to make a meaningful contribution to the library. Authors participate by donating a copy (or copies) of their work and participating in an optional photo opportunity. Donations are recognized in the on-line catalog, with bookplates in the volumes and on the Library’s web site. Please review the Local Authors Project Guidelines for more details.WRL Home | Searching | Email us | Calendars & Schedules | How to help | Receive WRL email
