Virginia Department for the Blind and Vision Impaired (DBVI) This state agency provides assistance to those with visual impairment. Training, job placement and library services are available. They can also be reached at 1-800-622-2155. DBVI's Library and Resource Center Services include mail service for large print books and audio cassettes; download an application here.
Assistive Technology Loan Fund Authority The NewWell fund provides low-interest loans to help those in need purchase adaptive equipment.
