   for Teen Read Week

October 12-18 is Teen Read Week and our theme this year is Books with Bite!

Celebrate by voting for your favorite book from this list of nominated titles.  Vote for a local winner by casting a ballot at our Youth Services desk or on the Mobile Library Services Vehicle.  We will post the results the   following week.

  • Wheel of Reading - Find out more about our summer reading program for 6-12 graders.

  • Battle of the Books - Middle school students can join this program at their schools.

  • Beacon of Freedom - Fourth, fifth and sixth grade students annually choose a winner from books selected by WRL and Colonial Williamsburg.

  • Links to AR lists - Check your school's list so you can earn the points you need.

  • Summer Volunteers - Volunteer during the summer in the library.
