The Williamsburg Regional Library provides access to information through resources and programs that education, enrich, entertain, and inform every member of our community.
The success of any community depends in large part on the availability of educated citizens. As the community’s center of family learning, the library has a critical role in education. Young children are helped to develop their literacy skills. Students find support and resources during their academic careers. Parents learn more as they help their children learn. The library is for anyone interested in lifelong learning through reading, audiovisual resources and technology. With seventy percent of the eligible population holding library cards, the library is by far the most fully utilized public institution in our community.
The Collection Endowment consists of funds from which collections can be enhanced. Contributions can be designated to expand specific areas such as adult nonfiction, reference, youth, electronic resources, etc. Your investment is requisite to ensuring the success of this campaign and the continued success of our community.
