The Peninsula Concert Band
A free concert of holiday music and popular favorites presented by this ensemble of more than 20 musicians.
The Peninsula Concert Band is now in its 58th year of performing in the Tidewater area. The band is a non-profit organization chartered in 1956 to serve the Peninsula cities. It is made up or member of local military bands as well as civilian musicians.
The band has presented a variety of concerts over the years, including concerts at churches, dedications, graduations, retirement communities, An Occasion for the Arts, and Newport News Centennial celebrations.
Tickets:
Free, no tickets needed. A free-will donation will be accepted to benefit the band. Doors will open at 7 p.m.
