AUTHOR VISIT - Hugh Howard
HOUSES OF THE FOUNDING FATHERS

From Maine to Georgia, extraordinary men came together to sign the Declaration of Independence or write the Constitution.  Where did they come from?  In Houses of the Founding Fathers, historic architecture expert Hugh Howard tells the stories of 40 homes built by figures like Washington, Jefferson and Hamilton, and those of lesser-known men such as William Drayton and Jeremiah Lee.  Along with beautiful photographs by Roger Straus III, Howard opens the doors on the private lives of these public people.  Copies of Houses of the Founding Fathers will be available for sale and signing.
