Artwork deemed appropriate by the library director or designee may be purchased or accepted by the Williamsburg Regional Library. WRL shall have ownership of all such artwork, including, but not limited to, full powers of management, display, conservation, or disposition of said artwork.

Reproduction rights for artwork must be secured from the library director or designee and, if required, from the artist.
