The Williamsburg Regional Library provides meeting room space for public use. A fee schedule is set by the Board of Trustees. Priority for use is given to the requirements of WRL, then the City of Williamsburg, James City County, and York County. After those needs are met, other applications are considered on a first-come, first-served basis. WRL facilities are made available to the public served by the Library on an equitable basis, regardless of the beliefs or affiliations of individuals or groups requesting their use. Use of the Library’s meeting rooms does not constitute WRL’s endorsement of viewpoints expressed by the applicant or program participants. Any program or event may be denied, cancelled or halted at the discretion of the library director or designee.
