Do you like to flex your intellectual muscle? Try our Battle of the Books program for 4th-5th and 6th-8th graders. Students from area schools read 12 books, and then test their knowledge of the books in local and regional competition. It's lots of fun!

Congratulations to James River Elementary School and James Blair Middle School, winners of the local Battle of the Books Finals. Special kudos to James Blair, which went on to win the regional champtionship. James River Elementary finished second in the regional champtionship for grades 4-5.
