WRL offers test proctoring, which is testing overseen by an authorized, neutral proctor who ensures the identity of the test taker and the integrity of the test-taking environment. Please call ahead (757.741.3300 option 2) or make an appointment online. Test Proctoring is only available at the James City County Library.

While you’re visiting a WRL building, come by the circulation desk to borrow a laptop for use anywhere inside the building. You can also borrow a Wi-Fi hotspot to take home for up to 7 days from the circulation desk.
