This is due to an issue between the app developer and one of their vendors, and the issue is not expected to be resolved in the foreseeable future. WRL is working on finding a new provider and will share more information on that soon. You can sign up here to receive an email when the new WRL app is live.
The app is no longer able to connect to our main catalog server, so you can’t access the catalog search, checkout/renew/hold items, or update any account information. Some of those features may still appear to work, but all the data is incorrect.
You can still access your account online from any device through our website wrl.org; choose ‘My Account’ on the top of the page and log in.
We know that the loss the of this functionality on the app is frustrating. Thank you for your patience, we will have a new resource available for you as soon as possible.
