Through this talk participants will:
- Discuss some health conditions caused by an unhealthy or Standard American Diet (SAD diet)
- Review evidence-based nutritional research demonstrating reversal of some chronic disease states through lifestyle change
- Learn some healing foods to add to your dinner plate
- Learn some causes of obesity and weight gain and first steps to take in order to achieve sustained weight loss
