Novel Ideas: A Contemporary Book Club
April 27, 2022 @ 2:00 pm
Novel Ideas explores classic and contemporary fiction and nonfiction from around the world. This group will sample critically acclaimed and prize-winning titles with open and inclusive discussion.
Join us in-person or virtually as we discuss The Love Story of Missy Carmichael by Beth Morrey.
At 79 years of age, Millicent “Missy” Carmichael has outlived her husband, seen her son and grandchild move halfway around the world, and shattered her relationship with her daughter. Then Bob – a big mutt who crashes into her life – starts opening her up to relationships she never thought she’d experience again.
