This month we’re discussing Facing the Mountain by Daniel James Brown. What does it mean to be a patriot in a country that suspects you of treason? The author of The Boys in the Boat returns with the stories of Japanese American soldiers who served in Europe during World War II even as their families at home were incarcerated in internment camps.

Please note that this is an in-person event at the Stryker Center, but you can also join us via Zoom.
