Celebrate Halloween with our Scavenger Haunt. Pick up a clue sheet and look for some well-known picture book characters lurking in the windows and around the outside of the Williamsburg and James City County libraries. Find all the answers and then bring your completed sheet to the Youth Services desk for a prize. You can even wear your Halloween costume! For ages 3-7.
