This month we’re discussing Jimi Hendrix Turns 80 by Tim Sandlin.
Sandlin’s comedy is an examination of aging in our society. Put in a nursing home filled with aged baby boomers, Guy Fontaine navigates between people still divided by where they were in the Summer of Love. When an illicit pet triggers a revolt among the residents, all those lessons learned in the Civil Rights era come in handy.
