Yoga in the Library

Join this free kids yoga class for the ultimate zen of the littlest minds and bodies. Kids will enjoy yoga through storytelling, playful sequences, traditional sun salutations, breathe work and savasana (meditation) for even the most wiggly of kids. Specially curated playlists and personal attention is also part of the class led by yoga instructor Tiffany Reaves. Kids can bring their own mats or borrow one. Class is done barefoot, no experience necessary. We’ll also have a display of children’s mindfulness books and similar titles available.
