We miss our storytime patrons, but until we can meet in the buildings again, we are offering storytimes online every week.

On Mondays, we’ll premiere a recorded storytime at 11 a.m. on YouTube and Facebook so that you can have storytime any time. Or choose a previous storytime from the list below.

Looking for more stories? Try our StoryWalk™ at the James City County Library. You can take a walk outside the library and read a picture book along the way.

The StoryWalk™ Project was created by Anne Ferguson of Montpelier, VT and developed in collaboration with the Vermont Bicycle & Pedestrian Coalition (VBPC) and the Kellogg Hubbard Library.

Puppet Singalongs

If you’re looking for even more fun, choose a puppet singalong from the list below, or check out our Youtube channel, where we post a new singalong with our WRL puppets every Friday.

Baby Bits

Happy Baby

Baby Bits is a series of short songs, rhymes, and fingerplays demonstrated by WRL Youth Services librarians, along with early literacy tips especially for you and your little one. Choose from the videos below, or download our storytime songsheet.
