Real People/Real Stories Book Discussion: True Crime (Reader's Choice)

Real People/Real Stories looks for those “truth is stranger than fiction” stories. From lesser-known events in history to biographies of the famous and infamous, and from accessible science and nature writing to the arts, librarians will select outstanding titles guaranteed to take you into real places. We meet the 3rd Thursday of each month at the Stryker Center, starting at 2 pm.  In April, participants can read any True Crime story they'd like, and share the title with others in the group.  If you'd like to browse the library's True Crime collection, the typical style is found in the 364.1523 area; of course, there are many other titles that have crime at their heart, and you're welcome to come to the Adult Services desk for suggestions. We'll also be passing out copies of Rocket Men, the group's read for May.
